Remote Field Managed Print Services in Alberta

Did you know that PrinterWorks West offers remote field services to business owners throughout Alberta? We provide coverage to over 50 locations including clients in Fort McMurray and Grand Prairie. This allows business owners to focus on their work while our remote field technicians come to your location to bring supplies and provide scheduled maintenance for your printing and copying fleet.

We deliver devices and parts to the field, providing printers, copiers, scanners and plotters from several manufacturers including Xerox, Lexmark and Canon. This service includes assessing the needs of your office to advise on the type of MFP or equipment that will best serve your business while saving you money.

PrinterWorks West carries a full line of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and supplies and compatible laser toner cartridges, inkjet cartridges and other pertinent computer supplies. We are able to offer these products at extremely competitive prices and this has enabled many of our clients to take advantage of having a one-stop source for all their computer and printing needs.

Part of our Remote Field Service offerings includes supply management. Our technicians will create a schedule based on your office’s needs and when visiting will check on supply levels to ensure machines are stocked and when necessary, order supplies ahead of time so that your fleet remains operational.

Site fees are based on the number of devices maintained within your field office and the frequency of visits our technicians are required to make.
